CHIP & Medicaid Marketing, Sendero Health Plans

Development and implementation of a new member and retention marketing campaign for CHIP & Medicaid insurance plans, reaching expecting mothers and parents with children under the age of 18 that live in Travis County and qualify for coverage benefits. Campaign elements included print, radio, television, coordination of community outreach events, and management of paid media schedules. A signature element included the publishing of a 32-page Value Added Services (VAS) print catalog which informed new and existing members of program benefits and publishing of ‘Ideal’, a health and wellness magazine distributed for free at multiple locations across Austin. The campaign placed and managed a radio media schedule to complement Sendero Health Plans' community outreach enrollment efforts.
