Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance Outreach, Human Resource Department, City of Austin

Cultural Strategies developed and executed an outreach plan to inform and educate employers within Austin City limits, with 15 or more employees, about the requirements of the City's Fair Chance Hiring Ordinance. Efforts included stakeholder outreach, social media content and plan development, animated video production, collateral material conceptualization and design, as well as event planning and execution.
